Rick Jordan is a certified polygraph examiner, or “Forensic Psychophysiologist.” with over 10 years of professional polygraph experience. He is the President of RF Jordan & Associates, Inc. Rick has over 35 years experience as a criminal investigator. He has received extensive law enforcement training from numerous federal, state and local law enforcement agencies. He is also a POST certified law enforcement instructor.

 

Rick received his basic polygraph training from the Arginbright International Institute of Polygraph in Atlanta, Georgia following the same curriculum administered by the Department of Defenses Polygraph Institute. He then completed a year of internship with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation state wide polygraph unit. He has maintained continuous training by attending yearly seminars sponsored by the American Polygraph Association (APA), the American Association of Police Polygraphists (AAPP), the California Association of Polygraph Examiners (CAPE), receiving from seventy to one hundred twenty hours of training per. Rick is currently on the board of directors of CAPE.

 

As an Investigator and Polygraph examiner for the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, he conducted criminal polygraph examinations of suspects, victims and witness' of various crimes, including homicide, arson, theft, assault, child sexual assault, child molestation, rape, escape, missing persons, drug offences, pre-employment and many others; assisting state, federal, and local law enforcement agencies.

 

After retiring from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation he spent over six years as the head polygraph examiner for the northern district of Nevada for the Nevada Department of Public Safety, Investigation Division. In that position he was responsible for providing polygraph services for all governmental and law enforcement agencies throughout the northern half of Nevada. In addition, he provided the polygraph testing of convicted sex offenders in treatment that were under the supervision of the Nevada Division of Parole and Probation for the northern division of Nevada.

 

 

Now that he has retired from government service, he is continuing to provide his expertise to the private sector. He has relocated to Montana, where he is providing his services in the Montana / Wyoming areas, while he is continuing to service his clients in the Northern California and Nevada on a regular base. He also travels where ever his clients might need his service. He anticipates traveling to Georgia and New York on a regular bases in the near future.

Janene Gordon is a certified polygraph examiner with over 24 years of professional polygraph experience. She is owner and sole proprietor of Polygraph: Proof Positive. She has a total of over 38 years of criminal investigative experience. She has received extensive law enforcement training from numerous federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies.

Janene received her basic polygraph training from the US Department of Defense Polygraph Institute, the world's leading polygraph research and training program. She has maintained continuous training by attending yearly American Polygraph Association, American Association of Police Polygraphists (AAPP), and California Association of Polygraph Examiners (CAPE) seminars. She has also served on the Board of Directors of all three of these professional originations. Currently, she serves as the Region I Director for AAPP and has held that elected position since 1999. She currently is the vice president of CAPE.

 

She has traveled all over the continental United States, its territories, and some foreign countries conducting polygraph examinations involving all conceivable types of criminal, as well as, civil issues. She has qualified as an expert and testified concerning polygraph in local, state, and federal courts. Over her career she has also been responsible for supervising other polygraph examiners and conducting quality control of their examinations.
